The bar team were excellent - loved the ladies there and they made our visit - good service & good food
Very old facility, surprised Sheraton allow that to represent brand name . Desperate for update

Joel. The suitcase men. Was the best of all. It made our welcoming and first few days feel as we were important and deserve to be treated well. Thank you, Joel for your thousand smiles and your positive attitude.
The manager @ the front desk on the first late arrival night. She didn’t want to give us the rooms we were shown first. She claimed they were reserved for somebody else. Somebody else who wasn’t @ the hotel yet.
