Affordable, good location, good breakfast, friendly staff
Be sure housekeeping is cleaning under the sofa beds because I found old houseshoes. More room lights would be good, especially in the bedroom

The location was good our event was at the NRG stadium so we could easily walk. The breakfast was fine, the staff were attentive and tidy, selection was good too.
The hotel could have been updated, our room was in need of repair as fair as shower had been well used and bathroom door had been re hung and still closed with difficulty. The elevators were both very slow to open and I think tired . A good up grade would be wonderful for the hotel over all. No AC in the hall ways or elevators.
