The personal at the reception is extremely friendly give you a warm welcome and are always helpful in everything. Great place to be for an event in the nrg arena.
the pool was not opend because of a not funcional part.

The inside of the hotel was very nice and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable.
They charged me an extra $5 to park on top of my booking and I could barely even get into the hotel to check in. They shouldnt be giving out parking for events. It should be for hotel paying customers only. Was a mad house. Couldn't even leave the hotel to go shopping or out to eat. Breakfast wasn't the greatest either.
