It is fairly close to the university and I could even walk to a few places.
They provided ear plugs because it is next to a load road and construction. They also provided a noise machine. That helped. They also charged for parking which I thought was too much to ask considering it was not right next to any big venue.

The property. Was nice

Great location and bar and lounge area were nice
Rooms were a little run down and layout was odd (bed facing bathroom and toilet). Bathroom was very small. Worst thing was A/c was SUPER loud and woke me up many times in the night. Also $10 parking fee seems a little crazy!
