Wonderful welcome with lavender gin drink with ice on a hot afternoon .
Substantial foyer and excellent guest service on arrival .
Very comfortable room and bed.
Great swimming pool area in the other building .
Great guidance to dining in a Michelin restaurant along the road.
Inconvenient having to go to other building to use the pool.

Very clean, the bartender n the Joe Caine bar as very kind and helpful.. I don’t remember her name, but she was thin and had an auburn/red looking bob. She was great!

The location is excellent. The service was great, and the whispering arch is fantastic.
I was hoping for more of a boutique, old-world vibe but the rooms are very modern and generic. For one of the oldest hotels in Mobile it was no different to any good-quality generic hotel.
