Easy access from the train and Ms Juanita in the restaurant is the best. Also, the young lady at the coffee shop helped my wife find her a drink in the Cafe. She literally took the time to go over all the drinks that were similar to what my wife would drink.
I felt the original front dest clerk kind of rushed me along due to us utilizing Booking.

The room was spectacular. Clean in every respect. The view from the top floor room was amazing. Bar/wait staff were amazing. Food was excellent. Get the short ribs. Trust me.
The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool during the day. In their defense, there were 20 feet of floor to ceiling windows that were sun facing in the afternoon, and it was the top floor. Hear rises.
