The front desk staff could be more friendly and patient. The bartender seemed creepy, asking personal questions like whether we were traveling alone, where we live in town, and where we're from. Since it was just my sister and me, this made me uncomfortable and paranoid throughout my stay at the hotel. When we returned from our event, there were no snacks available in the commissary, which was inconvenient—your other hotel locations always seem to have plenty of snacks. Instead, we ordered from your menu. Both my sister and I ordered the chicken nuggets, and in my opinion, they were hard and nearly burnt. They were terrible, so we didn't eat them. Lastly, when leaving the hotel, as we were loading our luggage, a guest became aggressive over parking in the main entrance area that barely fits two cars.

This hotel is very close to Stoneridge shopping centre, which was convenient. The room size was nice and the hotel had free parking. Laundry facilities were also available for hotel guests.

The breakfast wasn't anything great.

Getting around the hotel was difficult because half the elevators don’t work and the stairs are in a hidden corner
