The kitchenette was well staffed. The location was lovely. The staff were very friendly.
The trash can in the kitchenette was microscopic.
I thought it was a little shocking that I had to pay for parking.

The neighborhood is very pleasant and felt safe, enjoyed the style. Breakfast was really good, more options than I'm used to and they didn't slam the door shut the moment it hit the end of Breakfast. The kitchenette was very useful. The area was quiet, which I didn't expect so close to a busy road. Lots of plug-ins so we could charge all the things.
The room was small. Would have been great for just 2 people, but we had 3. There was a very limited number of plates and cutlery in the room. You have to pay for parking and spots can be difficult to find. The outlet in our bathroom did not work properly, but maintenance was sent right away when I alerted staff of the problem. However, since half of the outlet worked, nothing was actually done to fix it. I really only needed one outlet at a time, so it worked out ok.

Safe location, good room size. Breakfast was simple but good.
The shampoo dispenser was empty; there was soap residue on the sink counter from previous guests. When we checked in at 8pm, huge back of house keeping stuff was lying in front of the stairs.
Despite not being a busy downtown location, was charged for parking.
Air conditioning was inconsistent - a part of the room was too cold, the other part too hot.
