It’s clean and great location. Bed ( mattress) could be a bit more comfortable.

Large rooms, friendly staff, reasonably priced. Gym was reasonable given the size of the hotel.
* Aircon was noisy. I switched it off but kept turning itself on at random times.
* The area around the hotel was slightly industrialized. It appeared safe but there were no decent restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, etc

Helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Nice landscaping. Nice selection of cardio machines and weights in the workout room.
Does need a bit of paint on a few window frames. One of the two treadmills was broken in the gym.

Beautiful spot, although on a busy street, it’s surrounded by redwoods
The conditioner in the bathroom was water
There was a cricket in our room, kept me awake most of the night
There were zero instructions on how to watch tv, so we couldn’t, it was all in Spanish, and no channels to flip through
