It had a bit of a chemical smell when I first arrived, but I always bring air freshener and once I opened the window it was fine.

The room was very clean and the staff accommodated my late arrival without issue.
The table and night stand were in VERY poor condition, especially the night stand. They need to be replaced, and the plastic covering needs to be removed from the refrigerator.

The location is convenient to shopping, hiking, and all that Marin has to offer. Paradise Drive is a block away and it is a lovely walk around Richardsons Bay. The room has two large beds and there are enough electrical outlets to charge your devices as needed.
No coffee maker in the room adds a layer of inconvenience in the morning. The freeway noise can be a bit much at night. The beds are terribly uncomfortable.
