I liked that they could take me the same day I needed a reservation. The reception staff was very welcoming and friendly.
The room had a slight moldy smell, which was a bit offputting, but not so bad that I would have requested a different room. The thermostat was a bit hard to figure out; the room was at 66 degrees when I entered (freezing), and trying to get it up to a decent temperature took several minutes of fiddling with the thermostat.

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of tasty home style items to choose from. Staff preparing and serving breakfast was very friendly and helpful.
The physical facility is in badly need of refurbishing. Elevators were not working. The housekeepers tried their best to make the hotel room as clean as possible they could only do so much to make it presentable.
