The best Personnel was very friendly
There were several places in the hotel that needs to be properly fixed elevator had missing flooring several rooms when walking by there was not a proper strip between the flooring of the hallway to the room which may be hotel look unkept.

Quite and highway access
Water took FOREVER to warm up and pressure was very weak. Side stopped working on 2nd day.

The door frame was broke and you could see outside into the hallway.
the pillows were awful.
The service upfront and at the bar were pitiful. no professionalism.
