I don’t like the staff service and also the pool wasn’t working

It was fine for the price,but needs more attention to cleanliness and pool/hot tub maintenance.

Bed was comfortable, breakfast was decent, location was great and staff was friendly

Kid running up and down the hallway yelling & slamming doors, our bathroom had a bunch of built up hair and dirt on the floor and bathtub/shower had a lot of soap scum build up and just didn't look clean at all (definitely needs upgrading). Also the hot tub was not on and both it and the pool were way to cold to be in........... total bummer because that was a main reason for picking this hotel.

Better places to stay, just ok and it felt dirty

Location breakfast and staff were wonderful. Eating area was nice, clean and well furnished

Room needed work, lamp looked beaten up. Stains on curtains. Tub would not drain when taking a shower(gross) did not have time to complain and hotel was full. Noise all night on Saturday till 4 in morning, sounded like drilling in wall of bathroom, very strange. Again, I just wanted a place to sleep and did not want to wake up the rest of my family to call downstairs. It might have been an animal in the walls? It was like someone had a butter knife cutting drywall at times. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Comfortable stay with lots of conveniences in great location

The room was extremely spacious and had all conveniences of a full kitchen.

The pool was closed because chemicals were not correct so our girl was disappointed but it happens. The carpet near the entrance of the room was very worn and pulled back and fabric on couch and chair in room are in need of some deep cleaning.

What went wrong

Breakfast was ok

Parking fee that wasn't on the contract the pool water was dark green 🍏 and I think u guys should tell the people about the fee to park at the hotel that where ever alse I've been it's the 1st time that it has happened I will b goin back n forth from El Paso to Midland and I wish I can say I would like to stay at the same place 😔

WE WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN

THE BREAKFAST WAS OK, BACON NOT VERY GOOD OVERALL IT WAS OK. WAFFLES WERE GOOD. THE GRANDKIDS ENJOYED THAT. THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN, BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE. LOCATION WAS GOOD FOR WHAT WE WERE DOING IN TOWN. IT WAS QUIET AND COMFORTABLE. SEEMED TO BE IN A SAFE PLACE AS WELL. GREAT ACCESS TO GROCERIE STORE .

THE WATER IN THE SWIMMING POOL WAS FREEZING. THAT WAS ONE REASON WE CHOSE THIS HOTEL. WE WANTED OUR GRANKIDS TO BE ABLE TO SWIMM. THEY COULDNT ENJOY THE POOL BECAUSE THE WATER WAS TOO COLD.

Comfortable, good value at a very nice hotel

Staff was great, breakfast was good. Good value.

The room we stayed in, the bathroom door would not close, the wall mount thermostat was missing it’s face, the tv remote didn’t work well, there was a noise that could be heard when running the hot water at the sink

it was in a great location! I like the fact that I had an indoor pool and a spa.

One of the rooms had tax from the carpet, where it was torn and up, poking through one of our families foot and making it bleed, making it dangerous for our little one to crawl around.

Superb

Almost everything was great. There were two things that need to be improved, though.

The ice bucket was held together with duct tape. The bathroom sink faucet was loose.

Location and price were great.

Front desk lady was less than pleasurable. She didn't give any information about breakfast, or location of our room. Just check us in and handed me my key. Poor water pressure in shower. Sofa in room was very dirty. Mattress cover on pullout was dirty. Vents in bathroom were covered in thick dust. Breakfast was less than to be desired. Milk seemed half frozen, sausage was rubbery.

The shower you need to do deep clean . And the liners the house keeper Just do it the bed. You need to put clean sheets every the sombody left the room

top notch employees - everyone smiled, very helpful and considerate full breakfast and both mornings a variety of foods and very good
