Wonderful place with great breakfast. If you are traveling with a pet, this is your place.

I loved the room. It was spacious, clean, and will stocked. The pet potty area was clean and right outside. My pup was able to actually walk around for a little while on the grass.

Only complaint is the very very high pet fee. We were charged $100. For one night stay. Most places only charge $20-$50. We were to tired from travel to look for another place but travelers be aware that it is very very high and not stated as to being that much until you go to check in.

My stay was fine.

Room was clean, and the kitchen in the room was nice. The breakfast was substandard. Housekeeping did not come to my room a single time throughout the week I was there.

We loved the spacious rooms with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, and we loved the kitchenette

Overall, good stay.

The location was in the perfect spot. The staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast had good selections.

Matters on the pull out sofa was very thin.

I’ll never stay there again.

Nothing was good

I was there Thursday through Sunday and never got one housekeeping visit. I fetched my own towels, dumped my own trash, and even ran out of tissue at one point. When this issue was brought to the front desk they said “oh, I don’t know why that would’ve happened” and didn’t offer any apology or additional assistance. Probably the worst Marriott hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The location is good

The exterior areas were all dirty, full of cigarette butts and general trash. The pool was dirty not recently vacuumed. Staff was present but not very cheerful except for the lady who checked me in.

Fantastic place to stay!!

Everything was absolutely wonderful from check in to check out. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was great. Pool and the pool area were very clean and a really great way to relax after a long day at the softball fields. Overall, this place deserves a 5 out of 5 stars!

Nice hotel with non paying customers enjoying amenities.

Hotel was nice, staff was fine. Amenities were nice when available. Room was clean.

The fact that the pool area was taken up by a very large party of locals the entire afternoon, which most were let in thru the side gate, is pretty sad. I could guarantee most of them didn't have a room there, so they got to enjoy the amenities for free with no restriction while I paid for them. Something needs to be done about that. It's every hotel around midland that I stay at, and just about every visit, it happens. Once the party was over, all the trash that was accumulated, beer bottles, pizza box's etc was left out for the staff to deal with. Pretty sad. This type of stuff will have people not wanting to come back. The internet TV was very slow.

Excellent location.

Breakfast wasn't much. Room wasn't cleaned at all during our stay. Had to ask for towels multiple times. Going back to Marriott SpringHill Suites in April 2023.

I guess its a place where you get what you pay for.

I do like how there is a grocery store nearby. I love heb and to be within walking distance was great. Great location to my kids school easy for when i came in to visit from traveling with work.

The breakfast was just ok i have stayed at many towneplace hotels with the breakfast hours that are the same i travel for work so an early breakfast before work is great. I went down before heading out at 630 am it was closed when i asked about the hours i was rudely told its at 7 even when the sign says 6 monday to Friday. My daughter was sad she could not get something to eat before school. I had to stop at McDonald's for her to eat. Little upset with the hours and how the staff talked to me and my wife.

Was charged a 100.00 pet fee without being told about it at check in even though I told them I had a pet. Front desk employee did not have me sign a pet form. Wasn’t made aware of any charges. There is a sign above desk that says pets are welcome on request that also mentioned nothing of a fee.

The elevator wasn't working half the stay. Not to mention I have 3 children and 2 under the age of 5.
