VERY comfortable stay for the price... clean, quiet, and the continental breakfast was great! :)

The hot continental breakfast was unexpectedly tasty!

The door to the bathroom in our hotel room (212) was broken - I only informed staff though upon check out. It wasn't enough of an inconvenience for my daughter and I since we were only there 1 night, and literally was only in the room to sleep and then shower in the morning. I wanted to just inform staff more than anything so that they could fix it for the next guest. And there were no washclothes included with our bathroom linen. Otherwise it was a very comfortable stay.

I wasn't happy with my stay, the staff was nice though.

I liked that it was close enough to my family that I could get to them easily.

where do I start? we had to change rooms the 1st night because the tv didn't work and there were oil stains on the comforter. we get to the next room and the curtains are all ripped up. the next night housekeeping didn't leave fresh towels and when I called to get some they made me come to the front desk to get them. Annnnnddd it seemed like I was constantly going to the front desk because my key card wasn't working.

Served it's purpose, but not the most economical stay for one night and use of a room.

Location decent, although difficult to get to and off the beaten path this serves my location need once construction is done it will be easier to get to.

Hotel smelled like Marijuana outside and smoke in the room. 2nd time staying here, it's not a one time event - smelled like this last time. Short staffed

jsut the fact there wasn’t room service

everything was damaged when we arrived there was one bed no couch for one adult and one kid where did they thinn the kid was gonna sleep no where wow really good service when kids and adults have work and they have to stay in a hotel very unimpressed with this hotel third time I came and third time they won’t have me back after this if things aren’t fixed and more workers an more comfortable rooms

I expected a bit more from a Best Western.

Great location. Clean.

Breakfast did not last until ten like we were told… let me be clear the food was still sitting out at ten but no new items were stocked after 9:30 like milk, waffle batter ( things that did NOT have to be prepared) even though there was a crowd. The heat didn’t work that well we had the heat on 79 but woke up sniffing and freezing.

The beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean

Breakfast was advertised however only served on Saturday morning. We stayed Friday night to Monday morning so nothing on Sunday or Monday. It wasn't an expense we planned for. The pool was out of order as well as the hot tub. Nothing on the website about those closures. The gentleman at the desk non chauntly advised they'd been closed for weeks. The pool and breakfast were the two reasons I booked this hotel in the location I booked. I doubt we'll be staying with BW again.

Pleasant comfortable safe

The room was nice basic the beds were OK the bathroom was clean so was the tub I felt safe and comfortable my entire stay

The hotel is on the back road which is not well lit at night the company was putting up another hotel right on the side of it so when I pulled up to the hotel I was like ooooo hell no..... until I got inside of the hotel.... the carpet could have been cleaned more it did have a few stains and that's it

Clean quiet stay. Close to Amphitheatre

Room was clean. Outside dinner options available to be delivered directly to our room. Quiet night,

Neighbors seemed to be smoking pot for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thankfully our room was smoke free, only smelled the other rooms when passing in the hall. Breakfast was typical, no frills, my waffle was good. Had to drive through short road of construction that led all the to the hotel. Was a little confusing, thought we made a wrong turn at first.
