Location and size
Under construction so water was cut off while we were there but not for very long and staff were helpful in keeping us updated and extended our check out. The room was very dated. Carpets very bad, bath scratched, air conditioning old and loud.

The gentlemen that checked me in made me feel welcomed. He was very professional and friendly. My room was clean and nicely furnished. Loved the full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. Nice view of pool, tress, and mountains from the 3rd floor.
Bathroom sink in 307 was clogged and it took a few minutes to get the water to go down by opening and closing the drain to create a vacuum. Also, multiple free cable movie channels would of been nice. I don't cook and love waffles but passed on making them myself during the free breakfast.

We like that it is away from freeway noise. Having a kitchen is a plus. But the most important thing for us is having a good bed. We enjoyed our stay

The breakfast was great! The room was newly remodeled and looked great The pool was nice. The staff was helpful. The location was great for what we were doing. The laundry room was helpful to have there.
The remodel on our room wasn’t ready so we had a lot of things that we had to have management take care of. The halls had small bits of razors that were on the floor. We had a leak under our bathroom sink. Our oven wasn’t working and they came and fixed it.
