Location was strong, wasn't informed about the breakfast.

Top of the rock for dinner. Steak was good as was the mac and cheese, the food was weak after that point. Staff was strong,

Lovely property with lots of potential.

Beautiful location and the staff was wonderful.

It needs updating and we could hear everything through the walls. The pools in the morning needed major cleaning. One of the hot tubs were not working and the pool was full of dirt and dead bugs including many bees and a dead lizard.

It’s was my bday weekend n we drove home with a damaged n wrecked car

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid I love the set up

My car got badly damaged in the parking lot n no one seem to care I talk to staff n security I got no where

location was nice staff was kind.

pool was freezing, slide was closed most of the day, trash cans overflowing, carpet stained, not secure, anyone can come in the grounds and in pool area. it didn’t feel safe.

staff checked me in then when I called the front desk from my room they didn’t have my name as checked in. then they gave the room I was in to some man who opened the door while I was in the room. lights around mirror were so dim you couldn’t see your face. maintenance couldn’t fix it because they couldn’t reach the battery. bad service all around.

They double charged my credit card

This resort charged my card twice during our stay. I tried to contact a supervisor and accounting to get this resolved and they claimed that I was only charged once. Very unprofessional, I will never go back here again. After the first call, I tried calling them back again and again but no answer.

My car was repeatedly charged for a smoking fee.. I know I did not smoke in the room. I had some legally attanied cannabis I forgot in the room and was accused of smoking in rhe room. I will be pursuing legal action

I generally enjoyed my stay, but I don’t think it was worth over $400/night including taxes and fees

I liked the pool area and that the hotel is located on a hill which made for nice views

The hotel is located next to the highway. All regular rooms face the highway, which you can hear through bathe windows and from the higher part of the pool area. There are no showers in the pool area. The hotel is older and could get upgraded.

pool and the grounds, the bed and bedding was so comfortable! food in restaurants was excellent, the views.

we couldn’t get into the Top of the Rock restaurant but we booked last minute so it was understandable.
