THe location was great due to I was across from the hospital where my wife was having day surgery, The bed was comfortable, room and outside was clean and well kept.
I didn't like that the maintenance man didn't fix the air conditioner our first day there, he came and check it and stated he will be back, the temperture was at 74 blowing warm air...After 45 min or so he never returned and the theromestat had reached 77. I called the front desk and they stated he said it will cool down later in the evening. That wasn't acceptable so I went to see the desk clerk to get another room. She was very accomodating, I was able to change rooms, in which was a hassel because we had already unpacked, we got another room with a better working air conditioner. The next day at breakfast I asked if I could get a few face cloths, the clerk stated she will have some sent to my room. Time to take my shower around 7:00 pm no face cloths, had to go to front desk to get 2 more... Is there a policy of how many face cloths per person?? The clerk stated if we needed more just call and they will bring some. Didn't fully understand that......
I didn't like that you only get 1 face cloth per person a day, had to go get more face cloths both days we stayed, and that was ridiculous!

nice breakfast; great location
leaking from ceiling when the guest on the floor above used the shower in the a.m.; (happened the last 2 days of our 5-night stay) leaked directly over toilet

Plenty of places to eat
The rooms seem superficially clean. I spilled some water on the floor and once I wiped the floor with paper towel. The paper towel came up almost black
