Close to interstate, restaurants and shopping needs. Staff was nice and property was clean.

We stayed in the one bedroom 2 queen suite and it was a very nice treat. Clean room and felt very comfortable here.
Everything was great. If I had to pick something I’d have to say paying $3.00 a load for laundry is a bit disappointing. But when you have an emergency at least it’s there and looks clean and well kept.

It was clean and the staff was nice
We travel with a cat. I make sure the hotels we stay in take pets. They all say fee may apply. We have never been charged a fee. After I checked in the young lady at the desk said oh there is a 50 dollar fee for the pet. I was stunned. At this point having already paid to much for a room I had no choice as there would be no refund. I will never stay at Holiday Inn again. Oh and the breakfast was terrible

The room was clean and comfortable.
The broken elevator. We stayed there and we were put in a room on the third floor. We had an ADA shower as requested but carrying all of our things up three flights of stairs after driving a long distance was a bit much. Then we were charged a pet fee and asked about it multiple times when we let the staff know we weren’t traveling with any pets. I had to dispute the pet charges which added a level of stress that we didn’t need, and finally after two or three days we received a refund of the pet fee. The original overcharge is still on our banking balance and so far that hasn’t changed and its been pending since our 8/9/25 stay. We will choose to stay with another brand the next time we travel.
