Short and sweet. Very comfortable.

Clean and comfortable - Perfect for what I needed!

It's not the hotel, I like staying at Comfort Suites, It's the location... Unless you know your way around Texarkana, Texas, this hotel is difficult to get to with out going around in circles. Miss one turn and you go miles out of your way to get back to it.

We were comfortable and the location was good

The staff were lovely and friendly

We didn't know in advance that the pool was not able to be used due to renovations. There was a deal with another hotel to use their pool - but it was also broken and not heated so my husband found it too cold to swim. I would prefer being advised that amenities are out in advance so we can make other plans since I booked especially for the pool. We were in a room next to the reception, breakfast area and ice machine, so it was a little noisy.

Very good

The lady at the front desk Tamara was so sweet .. was upset the pool wasn't open. That was the main reason we stayed there. The laundry room was not open either. .. the breakfast was Good tho.

The pool was not open the laundry room was not open. The 3rd floor vending and ice machine was not open.. the shower blew the curtain open and kept getting water on the floor every time. So I slipped every time someone took a shower..

Good place for a travel layover. No frills. Good restaurants within walking distance.

The building needs lots of work, but the check-in staff member was personable and friendly.

The location was convenient for shopping and eating places.

The breakfast was not good, the waffle was ok, but the eggs, meat, and gravy were old or not fresh, the coffee tasted like warmed mud, and the staff member working there was not friendly but was extremely bossy or possessive, calling it "her breakfast room, etc." "I did this, etc." She was very offended when told things that were not right and she wasn't very helpful and guarded the food. I didn't see anyone go back for seconds on anything.

Friendly staff working a diamond in the rough

the staff was super friendly

the property looked bad. but is under new management and slowly renovating. the door looked like someone tried breaking in. but they had a good coffee pot. the remote would not work the TV just the cable box.

Will stay again if in the area!!

Easy to find......very clean and comfy!! If we are ever back that way we will make a point to stay here!! Thank you for providing a comfortable place for us travelers to stay!!

The only thing we didnt like was the fact that the roads around the area were all one way. Cant get there from here kinda thing. We made our way!!
