Not great. Not terrible.

Close to our event. Breakfast was ok.

Fridge was super loud. Lights were dark and gross. Floor in bathroom had holes.

This facility is very tired and needs to be redone.

only good thing was its location.

The overall facility needs to be redone. the room we stayed in was not very clean. The tub had a large hole near the overflow, mildew stained dirty shower curtain, hadn't see a wash in months. Mildew in seams of the tub surround and a patch on ceiling. Makes me question cleanliness of bedding and the floor. Elevator door kept getting stuck. Complementory breakfast had absolutely no protein, very lacking. I would never stay here again, even if it was free.

Nice, comfortable stay

Everything was good. The front desk was nice, there's free breakfast, room was comfortable and clean.

Simple but does the trick

All we needed to spend the night during our trip. Clean, large lift so no need to drag luggage up the stairs. Powerful fridge. Breakfast was fair: two types of juice, two types of cereal, milk, chocolate, coffee, fruit (apples), waffle machine and toaster. They have a charger for EV. Wifi worked well.

Door was hard to open and close, hair dryer didn't work, waffle mix had a funny taste (acidic). Staff was correct, but not particularly friendly. They had staff shortage so no housemaid for longer stays at the time of our visit.

I don’t plan on returning to the same hotel.

Location was good. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast prep area was clean and cared for. Breakfast selection was good.

Shower had a leak that made the tub look very dirty. Mirror frame was broken, I doubt the mirror was attached to the wall. The breakfast area had filthy looking chairs to sit on, and the tables were sticky.

Check the bedding upon check in.

The location was good for me. The room seemed to be nice when I first entered, The A/C worked well. Two out of three staff members were pleasant.

Upon turning down the covers, to go to bed, I found that the fitted sheet had black spots all over the side I planned to sleep on. It was late, so I just made the best of it. Not what I would expect to find in a Wyndam sponsored motel. Note: Upon checking out at 11 am, I showed the desk staff a photo of the spots and they apologized profusely. He seemed genuinely embarrassed. The breakfast left a little to be desired, as it was all breads (cereal, toast, muffins, and waffles). The milk was warm, as it was just a gallon of milk that was left out on the counter (Breakfast was 6-9 am and I ate around 8) I asked if it would be possible for a late (noon) checkout and the staff member informed me that I would have to request that online and it would cost extra. I have never had that happen before.

Very disappointed

Good location

Very disappointed in our stay. It was not very clean. The smells in the building were different and off putting. There may be full time residents cooking in there. That's the only explanation of what we were smelling we thought. The staff was not very good. We checked in, then got a call asking if we were coming and they said we were not checked in correctly. Not sure what happened there, but when we were relaxing in the room a worker walked in on us. Very strange. Our room key would not consistently work either which was a pain.

terrible nasty 5 min stay until we left sleeping in our car to not take on a bed bug infestation. he should of Atleast r

nothing bed bug infestation. do not stay here.

There was bed bugs on our mattress. my wife immediately checks these kind of things and they were everywhere. the hotel owner said they killed all bed bugs by turning up the heat in the rooms. He would not give our money back and we had to call police. They could not do anything. we lost our money and we’re only in room long enough to check and find bed bugs. Bed bugs are very hard to get rid of. Under no circumstances should anyone stay here. We have pictures of this and would like to know if this is legal. the place should be shut down. I have videos also but this site only let me post pictures.
