Requested a ground floor room. Not honored. Given a room on second floor. Highway was noisy with motorbikes midnight - 1am.

We didn't eat breakfast there.
The air conditioning was very noisy and kept us up.

The receptionist was very friendly. We checked out the local spots she recommended and was impressed by its beauty.
Water pressure was too low, the amount of shampoo was meager for the three of us. Worst of all, my mom was shocked to find a huge spider in the bathroom in the morning!
