Breakfast was fantastic. The room was fantastic. The view was fantastic and the price most of all fantastic.

Well, there was nothing I did not like I loved everything about this experience

Good place to stay when you are visiting Grand Canyon.

Initially our check-in was complicated by the fact that although everything was confirmed several times in written by Booking.com our reservation was not on record. Whose fault? We don´t know. Looks like the communication between Booking.com and the hotel´s owner company was not the best. However the lady at the reeption did all she could to help us. Thanks to the fact that there were rooms available we could stay there and did not have to look elsewhere.

Avoid SureStay Hotel by Best Western Williams - Grand Canyon

Nothing, due to the check-in staff member's willful dishonesty.

Dishonest staff. The staff member who checked us in lied profusely about our reservation not appearing in his records. Booking.com, however confirmed they were recorded and when we paid the increased price to the hotel Booking.com acknowledged the reservation as having been accepted. Booking.com took care of the matter, but the hotel never accepted responsibility. Consequently, this is a bad mark against Best Western, insofar they hired dishonest employees. Of course, it is a positive mark for Booking.com.

Disappointed

Location and price.

Staff doesn't seem to care that doors to get into main building don't lock. Outside window was wide open when I got to my room. Plus remote for TV did nothing.

DO NOT bring children here.

Staff was OK.

Called ahead to say that I needed room next to each other, and explained why, Room doors were 20-24 feet apart. They did accommodate my needs after complaint. Bathroom sink was clogged in one room. Other room had broken shower head. "Breakfast" was coffee and juice. Exterior security doors were disabled--they opened without the key card. This motel is not up to Super 8 standards.

The room was nice, but the some of the lamps had no bulbs. The heater wasn’t working and the receptionist did. Or know,how to,work it.she said she would call;housekeeping but they never came

Delicious breakfast

The breakfast was delicious! Coffee, juices, toast, jams. I really appreciate to start my days in this way.

The AC was really noisy, you need to turn it off during the night.

Very rude male receptionist, Kicked us out at 11pm

Location wasnt bad, affordable wich is way we booked here. place looked empty when we arrived but apparently they didnt have more rooms beacuse I booked thru booking at a lower rate.

Hello my name is jose zepeda I have used Booking on all my worldwide travels, I haven't had a bad experience yet till on june 26th around 11pm, my wife and myself arrived at super 8 with a booking conformation, when we got to the location, we were attended by not very welcoming individual at the location, I forgot his name since it went sour real fast after he spent about 15 minutes trying to find our conformation with our reservation, after he couldnt find our reservation on a snap of a finger he just became really irritated and mentioned he had things to do and we had to leave the reception with no apologize, no explanation for anything and just wanted us to leave on top of that on a very rude even threatning tone and even stood up right next to us with an intimidation posture and kept telling us to leave when all we wanted was to confirmed we wouldnt be charged at all since the comments on this booking mentioned that ww would still be charged even if there was a no show or cancellation. I tend to travel alot in my 33 years and never have i came across such a terrible experience with the service alone and on top of that, showing up tired to a place where all we wanted was to rest for the night and having it being ruined by a terrible service at super 8 location on Williams, AZ. this is totally unacceptable and I also have a video proof that I took of the final moments when the aggressor at super 8 almost pushed us out the door. Please avoid this place and dodge a bullet by not going to this location just to be treated badly it is not worthy of your business.
