Disappointing stay. Should be a 2 rating.

Breakfast was good.

Toilet malfunction. 2 floor with no elevator for luggage. Noisy air conditioner.

Dit hotel heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen

Het personeel was bijzonder vriendelijk, ook de dame die 'smorgens bij het ontbijt alle gasten te hulp schoot bij wat ze wilden hebben. Over het zwembad hebben we geen oordeel omdat we daar geen gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Prima hotel en heeft een zeer goede uitval basis b.v. ten opzichte van de Grand Canyon.

Comfortabel, gastvrij en goede prijs.

De kamer was comfortabel. Het bed was zacht en luxueus en ik had een goede nachtrust gedurende mijn hele verblijf. De kamer was ook schoon. Het schoonmaakpersoneel deed uitstekend werk om ervoor te zorgen dat alles er perfect uitzag. Ik verbleef meerdere nachten, en mijn kamer elke dag schoongemaakt. Dit gaf me het gevoel dat ze echt om mijn comfort gaven. Het personeel was uitzonderlijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze stonden altijd klaar om mijn vragen te beantwoorden en zorgden ervoor dat ik me welkom voelde. Het ontbijt was geweldig. Het was niet alleen inbegrepen in mijn verblijf, maar het was ook uitgebreid en heerlijk. Het was de perfecte manier om mijn dag te beginnen. Beste ontbijt tot nu toe tijdens onze roadtrip. Ligt maar op een uurtje van de Grand Canyon, voor deze prijs zeker de moeite. Aan de Grand Canyon is alles zeer duur qua verblijf! Kortom, ik zou dit hotel ten zeerste aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een comfortabel en gastvrij verblijf. Ik kijk er al naar uit om hier in de toekomst weer te verblijven.

Decent place to stay for one night if you’re not sensitive to smells.

The smell of the room was terrible and window didn’t open properly so it was imposssible to ger rid of that smell.

Our stay was great in all ways!!

Good amount of food and great location for breakfast bar, opens early and has good food and drinks!!

The only thing we did not like is that the pillows on the bed were too solid and could not be adjusted to our sleeping needs. We will bring our own pillows next time.

Good stay 1 hour drive from south rim GC

Nice and clean. Krysten at the reception was nice and helpful. Also man in charge of breakfast cared about everything very well.

The location is perfect for our planned activities. The indoor pool is a nice draw during winter months.

This is a nice hotel to stay at in Williams. Everything was nice and clean, comfortable beds and breakfast was good.

avoid and get a place in in Williams

the only thing that I liked was the pool area as it was nice to relax there after a day out and the water was warm

room was very smelly and dark, bathroom was dirty and in need of an update breakfast was terrible, coffee was just brown water, eggs and pancakes most likely pre cooked and frozen and not many options available

Family friendly budget hotel with friendly staff.

The property had a very friendly and helpful staff. There is a Mexican restaurant next door, so after a long day driving that was nice. the cost was a big factor in staying here, as well as the proximity to the Grand Canyon. The free breakfast was nice.

The beds and sheets were not real comfortable, and the standard two bed room gets cramped with 4 people. one of the selling points for us was the indoor pool and jacuzzi, and unfortunately the jacuzzi was broken during our stay.

Not staying here again.

Close enough to the fun.

Our stay was in the middle of winter specifically taking the train ride to the Grand Canyon. When we checked in it was 23 degrees outside. Purchased 2 adjoining rooms. One of the rooms heaters did not work. Went to the front desk and was unimpressed with how they handled things. Asked to switch rooms, none were vacant which we found hard be believe when the sign said vacancy… No manager was available because it was the weekend, no maintenance man was available either, asked for a portable heater, they had none to offer (how?). Needless to say both nights my very young children and I tried staying warm by running the blow dryer. You could imagine we didn’t get much rest. Finally spoke to a manager the following Tuesday to rectify this issue. The best they could offer me was 10% back for one night. I complained to higher management saying bad reviews are coming and got 50% back for one night. That is disgusting after I gave them my hard earned money and feel taken advantage of, so we will never be staying here again.

Pleasant

The location was good for the activities we did.

The slamming of the doors after 10pm. The rooms on both sides of us were opened and shut every minute or two. The young people didn't care how loud it was.

Very good location, quiet, clean, excellent location. Good breakfast. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. Pool and hot tub good bonus

Coffee could be a lot stronger but it is only I like stronger coffee. Otherwise nothing I could complain about. I will stay there again.

Indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was impressive.

Guests who hogged the hot tub and seats at breakfast. I thought staff could have intervened. Not the establishment's fault, but affected our stay.

What a lovely hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful upon the very first greeting at the door to the goodbye when we left. They were a pleasure to meet. The pool is awesome, the breakfast is tasty and the rooms are spacious.

Superb

We were looking for somewhere within driving distance to the Grand Canyon. This property fitted the bill perfectly with a drive of around 50 miles or an hour if you like time. We had looked at places slightly nearer but we're put off by poor reviews. We are glad we were. The toom was extremely clean and very comfortable with a large king-size bed microwave fridge etc. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Location was very close to Williams Town centre which was full of interesting shops and exhibits celebrating its heritage as being located on the historic route 66. We even found a diner which was a throwback to the 50s and 60s in labour but fully 2022 in terms of service and quality. All in all our stay couldn't have been any better...
