Great spot to stay on our visit up to the Grand Canyon. Great room, comfy bed, excellent shower, good breakfast included. Front desk staff was great! Pool not open end of March/beginning of April, but hot tub was open. Several in our group checked it out. Lovely scenery surrounding the hotel, and right off I-40.

Great hotel! We stayed in the the 2-queen bed standard room and it was so spacious. Breakfast was great. Enjoyed a nightcap in the lounge. I’d visit again.

First and foremost I will give props to the hotel staff. The ladies here were amazing and friendly. The hotel was welcoming and chill. Any age range could stay here and be satisfied. The bar downstairs was a plus

Hotel was clean and updated. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom set up was a little weird. The only thing I wish was better was shower. Not a lot of pressure and weird setup.

Staff here were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. For the price of this place it’s really great! I wasn’t expecting too much but this place exceeded my expectations by far. The free breakfast buffet had a large amount of items hot and cold to choose from. Not gourmet by any means but it’s free and it was good. They also have a Nescafé coffee maker in the lobby with all the fixings and tea and honey available at all times and a water bottle filling station which I appreciate sooooo much! The restaurant was good and nice to have especially since one of the nights we were there it snowed so much we weren’t wanting to go driving in to the town or anywhere else they also have a bar which is cool. They even had a bucket with ice scrapers/brush to use to clear off our windshield when we left the next day. I would most definitely stay here again.

My family has stayed at Best Western in Williams every November for the past 7 years, it never disappoints. We love that it’s tucked back into what feels like you’re in the woods, the restaurant is always delicious and decorated so cute, and the seasonal drinks from their Kachina Lounge are always fun to enjoy out by the fire. Pictures attached are the view from our room.

Loved the hotel secluded and in the pine trees, yet very close to town. The breakfast was very good. Great atmosphere all around.

The hotel is in a beautiful location.The room was clean and comfortable. Pets are allowed in specific rooms. Ours was on the ground floor with quick access to the outside for walking our dog. Best complimentary breakfast I have seen in a hotel. Lots of options including hot items. Served on real plates and flatware. Room rate was very competitive with other hotels in the area.
