I thought this was gunna be one of those crappie “remodled” la quintas but this is honestly the nicest one I’ve ever stayed in Definitely worth the money

everything was great - very clean rooms - hot water is consistent, drains work. Only issues are there's only one elevator, which is typical of a hotel like this, and everything for breakfast goes to a landfill - all foam plates and cups and plastic utensils. Location is good - one of few modern hotels within walking distance of downtown Williams

Only stayed for one night. Overall, good stay. Clean and quiet. Everything in the pool area worked but was slightly run down. Room was nice. Breakfast was good.

Nice no frills simple hotel in Williams close to shops and restaurants. Room was pretty clean although did find a few hairs in the shower. Breakfast was decent but could have used some fresh fruit or different items each day. The make your own waffles were a hit though with my kids. Front desk was nice

We were there for a family trip. Our stay in your hotel was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and the hotel was very clean! Breakfast was very good. You made it very easy to travel with our dog. Location was amazing. Hotels usually create issues for us in one way or another. Yours answered every need our family had for our short stay. Thank you!

We were positively surprised with this hotel. It was really good, modern, clean, spacious rooms, great service, rooms cleaned daily ( even Marriott/Hilton dont do that) good breakfast and super cute little town and nice restaurant/brewery just steps away.

Had a great stay with my family of four. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well equipped. We were not fans of the pillows, they were pretty hard and flat. Nice variety of options for breakfast, but the eggs left quite a bit to be desired and the coffee was just okay.

The rooms were very clean, comfortable & nicely furnished. Check in was fast & easy. Williams is a great little town & the hotel was walking distance to everything! the staff are warm, welcoming & very friendly too!

Hotel was nice and clean. One of the only hotels that have 2 King beds room, and each bed had its own tv! Beds were comfy. Only down side was a weird noise, maybe in the walls, like pipes or something that we would hear and was annoying when trying to sleep. Would definitely stay here again. Close to Canyon Coaster and Bearizona.

Hot water was not working and we were asked to change rooms/floors. Repacking and moving at late night was inconvenience and fid not get any discount for this as well !! Everything else was really great including the breakfast.

We stayed here for a quick weekend trip. It was clean, quick, and we would stay again. The woman working for breakfast was very friendly and helpful.

The experience wasn’t good. We got at the hotel One hour after check in time and the room wasn't ready. We had to rush in change the kids for our train experience because we need to wait at the reception for the room be ready. The hotel hosts a considerable amount of dogs. Some families with two larger dogs. We stay at second floor and right above us, they have one heavy and hiper dog that make sure to be up at night. At first we complained believing it was a kid running around and jumping from the bed, but not. We talked with the manager about it in the morning about the arrangement and why don’t reserve the lowers floor for families with dogs but she said it is impossible and that La Quinta have a police that is open for acceptance of dogs. She wasn’t apologetic at all. I don’t see the trouble to manage a wing/floor or part of the hotel for anyone that don’t have a dog or have allergies like me and my family. Well… don’t look forward to go back there and I’ll have my reservations to book La Quinta even because of it.

We enjoyed staying here! The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was good - they did a great job if keeping the food stocked and the area cleaned - the front desk people were friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great place to stay!

Everything was great! Found a couple pieces of garbage on the floor from previous tenants so that’s why the one less star. Breakfast was awesome. Indoor pool amazing. Will definitely stay here again.

Picked this hotel for pool and hot tub which were both extremely disappointing! Green water and algae growing on sides. The smell was awful! Room was clean and comfortable.

our stay was amazing the only bad horrible thing is the people next us had kids screaming runing hitting the walls and a dog who kept barking this when on until 1 am and then again at 6 am horrible!!!! so we came to relax and our stay turned out bad we kept calling the reception and no helo at all

We have stayed there a few times. The room is always clean, comfortable and everything works. The breakfast is ok. When the Grand Canyon Railway has the Polar Express, expect there to be kids all around. A bit noisy but after 10 pm it was quiet. We will probably be back if we go that way again.

The stay was just so- so. The walls and doors are very thin and you could hear conversations other guest were having in the next room. No self closing doors on the rooms or doors to the outside of the hotel. This could be a safety issue. Will probably stay somewhere else next time.

Missing the cable box to the TV so that didn’t work. We were on the bottom floor and it was so obnoxiously loud with people coming in at all hours. Then the people above us were stomping and jumping until close to midnight. The front desk was no help. The pool was green… would not stay again.

This place was perfect for our trip to the Polar Express. Walking distance, it’s right across the street. It’s walking distance from Grand Canyon Brewing as well. Short drive to Canyon Coaster as well. Staff was great, everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, especially the two ladies we had at the front desk during check-in and out. Breakfast in the mornings was good too! We plan on staying here again when we head back up!
