The staff is excellent and it’s clean. Hot water and shower is great. Staff members make sure you are happy and safe.
Sone areas in the room need a little touch up in paint.

the manager Michael is impressive. involved with the desk clerks he appeared to be training, and mopping the floor of the lobby at one point
the sheets were too much polyester slippery
the curtain on the window a huge hole in it, probably from an animal, and one of the blackout curtains also riddled with holes again I assume from an animal
the bathroom door had a huge break in the wood, looked like someone slammed something into it
shortage of amenities, like a plastic bag to put dirty laundry in, and no hangers in closet
