I booked my reservation through booking.com, Hilton staff couldn’t find my reservation, another staff member found my reservation under my X-Husband’s last name. The staff removed my X’s name from my rewards points w/ Hilton Hotels. Even though I paid the full balance, in advance, I was to pay a $75 fee. I haven’t been refunded my $75 fee.

It was clean and looked nice
The extra hidden charge for parking there. The housekeeper banging on the door at 8:30 in the morning when check out was at 10:30

Overall, I had a good experience at this hotel. Everything was nice, and the service was great. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Other than the breakfast, everything else was good, and the service was very nice. 😊
The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast. It cost $28 per person, and unfortunately, the food was not tasty. We barely ate anything, but we still had to pay for it, so it felt like a waste of money.
Also, my husband left them a note in advance asking if they could prepare something special for me because it was my birthday, but unfortunately, nothing was prepared.

I like the hotel just a few mishaps
Bathroom too small. Both sinks were very slow draining and it took 2 days before someone came to fix it. The day before checkout housekeeping woke us up at 8:40ish and after I told them we were still sleeping and to come back later, they never came back. No one cleaned the shower each day.
