Practical, good location with good parking but cleaning can be better.

On site laundry, location and parking.

Big bug in room upon arrival. Shower with hair, so not cleaned well. Also need a small sofa: only a chair to sit on!

Good place, could be great with a few improvements.

Big fridge, icemaker in room, hair dryer. Good bed.

TV was old, non-HD, small. Staff seemed curt, non-communicative.

Our stay

Location was great for us. Easy to fund and close to shopping. Spacious room and bathroom.

Mattress needs to be updated. Not that comfortable.

The location was perfect.

For a reputable hotel chain, this location needs to step up their game. Everything except the LED mirror in the bathrooms needs to be updated including the bed. The parking was poor, with only one way in/out, the lots were one way in and one way out as well. Very outdated! I personally would not recommend this facility. There are better hotels in the area for the same rates (which were also high for what you get.) Breakfast was not included however I knew that when reserving.

Average hotel with a full size refrigerator.

Dishes left in dish washer, only one shark steak knife, sparatic silverware, and dishes. No dish cloth or sponge expected something a little more together. Dated furniture, table only one chair, couldn’t have dinner or any meal there together as a couple.

Everything was clean. The staff was exceptional.

There was a spider running across the floor in the bathroom while I was taking a shower.

It was too dark, it made the halls look bad. I know the hotel can't change this but I could hear the elephants above me stomping to the bathroom at 3 am. it was super frustrating.

We would stay here again if we were ever in the area.

The bed was very comfortable. I loved the shower head…very good water flow. Easy parking and check in/out. I liked the towels … not too plush but just right for drying quickly. Environment was quiet. Amenities in the room were more than adequate.

Very nice place to stay with a big room

What a beautiful hotel with a big, comfortable room. It was a suite with kitchen, full size fridge, dishwasher, ice maker. Bed was very comfortable with extra pillows. We live in a motor home, so this gave us room to stretch out.

The bed and linens smelled dingy, the wall in the bathroom was dirty, the floor(tile) in front of the toilet was nasty, dirty stained; We had to change out the bed linens ourselves, because there wasn’t any staff onsite to exchange it

Hotel and room were clean.

Hotel did not have my reservation when I arrived. A room was made available, but it was not the grade I had reserved. Bed was VERY uncomfortable. Room was very loud.
