Ok next time my niece gets married, I'll be back

Good selection of foods we got down to breakfast about 1/2hour before the breakfast was closed , the ladies asked if we were finished before they closed. Nice room.

At check in there was a problem putting in incidental charge to computer. The desk person said that they had started new software that day and he was having problems anything entered .. We had to put in my card 4times to get it to go, seems like some training or complete your updates before rolling it out. I asked when we checked out for a paper receipt we did book through a 3rd party so no receipt. I understand the booking notbeing able to get a receipt but why not the incidental charges being serious out?

Probably the worst Hampton I’ve stayed at.

Location Staff were friendly

Our room smelled mildewy. It was not pleasant. We hoped it would clear up with the AC but it was there all 3 days. The bathroom was very small and old. The shower pressure was horrible. We’ve come to expect a reliable standard at Hampton and this hotel didn’t meet expectations.

Highly recommended!!

So many comforts makes for an amazing stay . You feel welcome and won't want to leave!! Love: The breakfast, friendly staff, lobby, fitness center... The organization of the room and storage. The bathroom and products available in the room, the refrigerator and charging options were convenient. The cozy beds.

Pool was a bit small but refreshing. Not enough garbage cans in the room.

I wish that housekeeping was a daily thing without having to ask, like it used to be.

Amazing!

Always is a pleasure to stay!! Staff is great!! Always willing to help on anything! Beds are very comfy, shower always hot and location is a plus! Anytime I go to Raleigh, this is my place to stay! Excellent!!

Air Conditioner could be better. I think that's about it. Nothing else I didn't like, as far as I know. Treat yourself to a nice stay in this Hampton! And rest as you should if going on business or family vacation!

Wonderful place to stay!

Breakfasts were WONDERFUL….Lot's OF SELECTIONS ….CLEAN & woman in charge was very delightful & helpful! Tiwanda at front desk was so delightful !

The pet fee should have been given when the room was booked Did not like the surprise pet fee And an incidental charge was charged but we did not cause damage or use anything

This is a nice hotel, but is overpriced! A good example was that my husband and I were very thirsty when we arrived and

The lobby was warm and inviting. The staff was very welcoming 😊 The king bed was comfortable!

There is only one elevator. TH toilets are so low that it was impossible to use toilet tissue without your hand falling in the water😮. Also, the toilet was so low that I needed help standing!
