This was one of the nicest Holiday Inn Express Hotels I have ever stayed in. Extremely clean and comfortable. The shower was a dream!

Location was good and facilities were fine.
There was a fire in the hotel late evening, and while these things happen, all of us were standing outside shivering in the cold and my husband and I watched and noted that not one staff member came out to check on hotel guests. There was no comfort given to the older people or frightened children. I am familiar with protocols and these matters, and there is always time made to see to the guests that have been suddenly awakened by fire alarms, standing out in the cold.
