Good locations

The temperature dropped DUE TO RAIN STORM the heat would not work even after the efforts of maintenance and front desk We are senior citizen and woke the next morning feeling sick because air condition was blowing all night. We got blankets that was not helpful. We also go charged a parking fee and we did not drive.

Nice facilities, great room. Friendly and professional staff.

Possible a breakfast buffet, but what they had was OK.

6 / 10Average·Jun 2026

Was not told there was a breakfast. The location was fine

The ac didn't work the first day but staff brought fans. Took them to the wrong room until I finally called again 2 hours later. Then we got them. Was fixed the second day. The WiFi didn't work so they had us call tech support but that didn't help. We even paid for the better internet which never worked. The Hotspot on our phones was better. Not the best experience by far.
