Bad

We did not stay at the property. The property contacted us 2 hours before check in to let us know the pool was closed. We were driving down from NY and had to make other arrangements while in the road.

Great place to stay. Clean property with friendly staff members.

The property was very clean, organized and quiet at night. Daily housekeeping was a plus, and the housekeepers were very nice. The property was also in a good location, namely close to Dix park. The staff members are very polite, professional, and kind. Breakfast was good and featured a different assortment of foods each day.

Could have been more sidewalks around the neighborhood to facilitate better walkability.

THE STAY WAS TERRIBLE!

NOTHING

EVERYTHING! had to let the water run for an 1 hour before it got hot. the fridge didn’t work . the A/C kept going in and out . the bathrooms were nasty ! Check isn’t until 11am but the room service people kept walking in our room at 10:20 all the way up until 10:40 when we left ! we kept saying we are not ready yet but they kept rushing us by walking in! instead of knocking and waiting to see if we were gone say come in or wait ! they stay was terrible!

Everything! Breakfast was great, room was amazing, front desk team was top tier at all times!

The cleaning staff did not speak English at all. Luckily I understand Spanish but what about the people who don’t. I had to help people ask for towels.

Overall it was a pretty good stay. The front desk attendants were very kind and pleasant.

The staff was friendly. The first room we were given had a horrible smell. However we spoke to the front desk and they changed rooms for us right away.

There was a weird smell in the hallway, but that could be because of the carpet. I did not like the hot items on the breakfast bar, but the area was super clean and the lady that was taking care of the buffet was diligent about cleaning it and super friendly.

We stayed here for two nights. My car battery was dead. The car needed to be towed. The front desk staff helped me with warm heart. They are very professional people.

Nice and clean. Good breakfast.

Call the hotel booking line to check the pet fee before booking.com. Was told there is none. That was one of the reasons to choose this one. Upon checking in, I was told the pet fee was $30. The hotel staff did provide a complaint number. Too busy to call. Everything good except this inconsistency.

We stay here when we need a break. The hot tub and pool are what we enjoy the most

Sometimes it gets a little noisy when the hotel is booked but that is to be expected.

Nice getaway

The price was reasonable and clean, the room was very spacious, the pool and hot tub were delightful and the food was delicious.

The sofa bed was small and the sink water in the room was cold.
