Even we have a problem at check-in, the receptionist was nice and empathetic toward me. He solve the problem in the way everyone should solve problems to customers. He should be managing the hotel and not the actual manager that was the one who did not respect our reservation even I called the day before informing a delay on our trip and please not to cancel. He said yes but it seems he later forgot. When we arrived our reservation was cancelled and the hotel was full. The receptionist, after our insistence, acted proactively, solved the problem, was nice, and provided services.
It's a good hotel, even the included breakfast was good. Staff was nice. It's walking distance to the Raleigh Stadium, but have bad communication with Booking.com if you need something send an email directly.

Breakfast was very good, the hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, it was dog friendly which was the best part.
It would have been nice to have coffee/tea available throughout the day/evening. The bathroom is small so a fan would have been helpful.
