The room was clean and spacious. Good location.

It's a pet friendly hotel. I left my puppy in the room to smoke a cigarette and people complained that he was crying. When I was walking the halls I heard other dogs whining. It's expected as they are in a new place.....I just don't understand why an employee called my phone to tell me he was making noise.

We were not given the type of room for which we pre-paid. The person at the front desk did not check for the room we ordered, just gave us a random room. The hallway and the incorrect room smelled moldy and musty. We could not stay there due to these things. We requested a refund for the room we did not get or use. The refund was refused. We are very disappointed in this smelly hotel that did not provide the services for which we paid.

Location was perfect. Restaurant was amazing!!! Showers had good water pressure. Towels were nice.

Beds were mediocre. TVs were not very big and remotes hard to use…. Very dated. Front desk check in process was not friendly and again. Dated. Only one person working it and behind plexiglass- Hard to communicate. Found a hair on the pillow and hair on bathroom floor that weren’t ours. 🤢

We love coming to this hotel. We enjoy Loxley's very much. We ate and drank there both nights, there food is amazing! We stayed in a King room, which was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable.

The pillows were a little flat but we requested 2 more pillows and they were there in a jiffy.
