Very clean room
They overbooked rooms and cancelled some reservations. This did not affect my room however ,I asked if they helped relocate people who shows up with a reservation and were turned away. I was told no and I don’t care. This concerns me for my next stay.

Location and cleanliness.
I was charged twice and am still working on getting a refund from the second charge. I paid fully through booking.com but the receptionist said my credit card was declined the first time and took the second payment. I confirmed that reservation was paid via booking.com and he stated that I should contact booking.com because hotel did not receive payment. So he charged my credit card again and said that the charge would be returned once they received payment from booking.com. Ironically, the receipt I received via email charged $0, but the second charge was still taken from my credit card two days after checking out.
