Exceptional

I loved everything. The front desk made me feel like family. The hotel was very clean. Cleaning staff was very respectful and courteous. Best place I have EVER stayed in Jacksonville Fl.

Nice stay to stay

Beds were comfortable. Room was spacious. Bathroom was roomy and worked well for a handicap person. Very quiet. Staff nice. They made sure we had all we needed to be comfortable. Cable has a nice variety

We stay in a lot of hotels for the business we are in. Was disappointed in the time frame, especially on a Sunday morning for breakfast. Most hotels do give 4 hours towards breakfast. Many people entered when we did but little no food because nothing is put out after 830. A lot of people like to be lazy on a Sunday morning, only to find out....you can't have food sorry....

Great new modeled rooms but the older ones on the 2nd floor smell awful

The new room on the third floor was nice but that was my second room.

My first room was 216. this room smelled of strong urine! It was terrible as if a toilet had overflowed and it stayed in the carpet. please close that room and clean the carpet. No guest should be allowed to stay in 216.

Dirty hotel, was being renovated and clearly the workers smoke a lot of weed because the hotel stunk of it constantly.

when we arrived, neither of the TVs in the room work, so we moved to another room we moved to a room on a floor that was under construction. The doors were open to the rooms that were under construction. There was plastic paper on the carpet throughout the hallways, and the whole floor smelled like raw sewage. The fire alarm went off from the construction dust and then the elevator didn’t work. We were on the third floor with a dog with heart conditions I am very dissatisfied with my stay, and the amount of money I paid. The air-conditioning units made horrible noises which kept me awake all night. I was a very unpleasant stay.

I value a good nights sleep and I certainly got that and then some. I love that bed & pillows!

the wonderful bed!! I slept like a rock!! Breakfast was very good as well. People and service were wonderful.

I didn't like on the last morning a cockroach on the bathroom mirror and the smell of pot when I got off the elevator.

Nice Quiet and Comfortable

Very quiet, nice location could walk to eat.

They were under renovation but we got a new room, only thing wrong was no place in shower to put your soap or shampoo.

The only complaint was the pillows. they are small, and require 3-4 to even get comfortable. thankfully, I always bring my own pillows, but my kids weren’t very happy with them

Lady at desk had an ear pod in talking to someone while checking me in I had to fix my toilet so it flushed and the shower door didn't close all the way.

My air conditioner didn’t seem to be working very well.it ran, and made cool air, but it didn’t seem to be doing a good job of dehumidifying the room. in fact I think there are spots of mold growing on the ceiling.

Very underwhelming for the hotel name’s reputation. A lot of work to do to become reputable again.

Breakfast was the only plus for this visit. Plenty of hot food options.

1. Condition of hotel is poor/fair. 2. Cleanliness is poor. 3. Bathroom is very small. 4. Went to bathroom around 3am, turned on light, greeted by several roaches of various sizes. 5. Booked for 3 nights, checked out the first morning. Moved to another hotel in area, that stay was great all around. 6. This hotel has seen its better days. Understand financial considerations are likely the main reason for the outdated condition. 7. Lastly, the hotel desk representative was inattentive and lackadaisical in her duties. Anyone could have walked in to do harm, and she would have been totally unaware. This was very concerning. 8. Would rate as 2 of a possible 10 based solely on the comfort of the bed and the breakfast.

The staff was great

The room was wet and smelled like mold. The whole floor was wet. Then the toilet flooded. I requested to change rooms and the lady in the front was nice enough to move my room. The other room was half decent. It was just a big inconvenience. Made my weekend stay horrible.
