I slept better here than at many fancier hotels. The A/C unit and mini-fridge were quiet. The pillow didn’t pancake. The bathroom was spotless. The gentleman at the front desk couldn’t be friendlier.
I was worried about being on the first level next to an open parking lot, but there was no overnight noise that woke me. I have done worse on high floors of hotels where trucks idled below overnight.

Super friendly staff, very accommodating for coming in very late. Little breakfast was nice and kitchen area very clean. Bathroom modern and nice
I am a clean freak and although the room was fairly clean, it smelled very stale. I know carpet is tough but maybe steam clean carpets more and mabe some fabreeze on curtains. Also be sure bathroom is walls are clean around sink. There was coffee splatter on the wall that easily wiped off. We had our own body wash but the whole bottle was completely missing on the shower wall.

The man cleaning was very sweet and sort of had to be in charge.
Breakfast was very simple and on the second day no one was there (everyone in family went to a wedding) and there was no fruit, muffins. Several things were broken with signs on them. Cheap bedding, had to ask for towels. furniture didn't really fit so you had to move things around. We thought Howard Johnson would mean some quality.
