Location was great. Check in was good. Room was fine for the few hours we were there! Bed was very comfortable.
The bath didn't drain so I had to stand in water as I showered. Not a deal breaker but not to my liking. Shower curtain was a bit old and appeared dirty.

I'm not sure they even cleaned the room before I checked in. The sheets had spots on them so they didn't look washed, the bathtub had the top layer peeling off under my feet and it was sticky to stand on. The front desk staff was terrible. I waited at the desk for 5 minutes to check in and called twice with no answer until I walked in the breakfast area to ask the girl I heard talking on the phone if she worked there. Of course she did but she took her sweet time getting over to me. The guy at the desk the next day seemed nice though. I guess you get what you pay for but next time I'm in Grand Rapids I will be paying extra for a better hotel.
