I like how our religious event was a few minutes away from the ramada, and service was excellent, coffee was surprisingly good, breakfast was VERY convenient and pleasantly good. If we ever get assigned for our religious event at Jersey City, my wife and I are DEFINITELY staying at the ramada, plus the price was very accessible! Definitely recommended
Only thing I didn't like is they didn't have like afternoon lunch or dinner options, but hey I can't complain for the good pricing for our stay at the ramada , but it would have been nice if they had dinner options, but either way, a ver good hotel.

Fantastic unassuming Middle Eastern sea food restaurant near by !!! Lovely people and amazing food !
We unfortunately had a ground floor street side room so let’s just say noisy ! AC was to loud to put on and sleep and the fridge kicking in every 15 mins was very loud making sleep difficult to say the least !

First they gave room which is road side that is very noisy and I requested them they change the room

It feels unfair to judge this property by location, but I do feel the need to have to mention that journal square is not for the faint of heart.
Very unpleasant territory with very unpleasant people and pedestrians, marketplace, mobile carts, people, and kids walking in the middle and against traffic, the transit center is even worse when you’re trying to figure out where exactly you are and where to go

The room itself is fine. Classic hotel/motel with an overly stiff bed and outdated controls.
Everything about this place is perfectly average and I would’ve honestly given it a 7 1/2 or 8 out of 10
I am taking the time out to say with all certainty that this is a three star scam and hack business that you should not invest in unless you have no other choice
Upon entering the lounge and checking in with the concierge, they confirm my booking and my room, and then said the following “ OK your room and stay are all set and good to go in our system however you didn’t pay the security deposit so once you do that I will give you your key card”
…..
There is no mention of a security deposit when I made the booking and if you go on other sites to book for the same room, I did a one bedroom for two guest, there are no reference references to this security deposit
The security deposit was the exact same price of the room, so I had essentially paid double for what was advertised
They even gave me the “option” to pay with cash if I wanted it back instantly after my stay……
Please go downtown to the waterfront/Newport to a namebrand hotel like the Hilton. I have never had a bad experience down there and they tell you how much it is you’re going to pay before and after the booking.
