Great location in Jersey city, huge rooms.

Huge rooms, literally almost a studio. Very clean and good location, walkable from JSQ station. Staff was welcoming and warm.

Breakfast had very limited options. Not much sunlight comes to the room.

I wish I now this before i booked😃

Ms. Viktoria at the front desk was very professional and made me feel satisfied as a guest despite the many challenges at this hotel. The location is quite close to the subway station and only a few stops to the heart of NYC.

The hotel is generally clean but as a building this is a ruin ready for demolition and refurbishing from scratch. The hotel has a good potential in location and staff, but nothing else is worth mentioning

Excelente recomendado!

En nuestras vacaciones Estuvimos en varios lugares de EEUU y de todos nuestros destinos el hotel ramada en nueva jersey fue por lejos el mejor hotel , todo perfecto, el personal hablaba español, tenian traslado al aeropuerto gratis 😱, incluía desayuno tambien gratis, el cual si llegabas temprano era un desayuno bastante completo y rico.. la habitación era enorme, era como una casa literal , me encanto también cada detalle, desde que tenia, cafetera, plancha de ropa , secador de pelo, y hasta un set de aseo personal que incluia hasta enjuague bucal … la ubicacion es super buena, a 5 minutos esta la estacion de tren que te lleva a world trade center en unos 20 min aprox… nos encantaria volver a nueva york y si volvemos si o si nos quedaremos en este hotel! Felicitaciones !!

It was only for one night, so I can’t complain. Property has an old world charm. That makes up for any of the negatives.

Charming little hotel with great staff.

Found a toothpick on the floor. The dining room can’t hold all of the diners.

Sehr gute Lage mit perfekter Anbindung nach Manhattan

Sehr freundliches Personal Die Lage ist super. Sehr gute Anbindung an Manhattan. Kostenloser Shuttle Service zum Flughafen in Newark Der Frühstücksraum war etwas klein, vielleicht sind wir aber auch immer zu Stoßzeiten gekommen (bei ausgebuchtem Hotel ist das u.U. Dauerzustand :-) ) Großes Zimmer inkl. Abstellraum und eigene Küche. Bezahlbare Getränke im Automat Ich verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen überhaupt nicht. NYC inkl. Umgebung ist nicht gerade als "günstig" bekannt, wer 5 Sterne erwartet, muss das natürlich auch bezahlen... Fazit: Jederzeit wieder!

The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. It was also nice that they had a shuttle van to pick us up at the airport.

Espaçoso, limpo e perto da estação.

O melhor é a localização - 10 minutos de caminhada até a journal square. Quartos amplos e confortáveis. Equipe preparada. Segunda vez que fico no hotel e pretendo voltar mais vezes.

Infelizmente o café da manhã tem piorado, com poucas opções e variedade, e as vezes a equipe esconde alguns itens. Contudo, é saboroso e se você pedir alguns itens como iogurte individualmente, eles dão de graça.

You get what you pay for, don't expect anything less or more

It was safe at least

We were there for a night and it was an old dingy hotel. we feared we would wake up with a bed bug infestation but luckily it wasn't the case. Carpets are old, walls are leaky, receptionist (Jonathan/Jason - cant remember his name) who checked us in hates his job but he was kind and cordial to us. But the receptionist lady in the morning was throwing things around and pissed that we were checking out at 7am. She got the same kind of energy back for misbehaving with guests. No one stays for free there so don't treat them like that! If you hate your job then leave it! And management needs to treat their employees better, how you treat your employees reflects on your brand.

Okay for one night for the money spent.

It was a good value for a location near the PATH train.

The air conditioning needs work. Window units that were very loud and necessitates leaving the curtains open to cool the room.

Don't stay here, save your money for a decent AirBnB instead.

It was convenient location for our purposes. Building looked nice on outside. Wasn't dirty but I wouldn't call it super clean either.

Not well maintained (e.g. peeled paint on walls) AC in our room just went on and off every 5 mins Bed was terrible and uncomfortable Bathroom had no fan No body wash provided (got soap instead) Had to nag staff to get things like shampoo and towels Breakfast was an absolute disgrace about only thing one could reasonably eat is milk with cereal. Coffee was awful also, worse than vending machine level.

Location, refrigerator and microwave in the room, room size

Breakfast items were over within the breakast slot and there was no one around to say if more was coming. The reception said they were waiting for approval to buy more Breakfast and didnt seem much concerned. Finally we left without having any bfast. Who was responsible for the breakfast? Didn't see any ownership!

Location was the best part

The staff was a bit rude, when i checked in they asked for payment which was already paid in full, took about 15 minutes to resolve the issue. Stayed for 2 nights and on the 2nd day our key for our room was not working and we had to wait in line at the desk to get it fixed. Pretty inconvenient

The location was good for what I need but it didn’t seem the best place to stay for a long time. I just needed to stay for 2 days so it was enough.

Easy to go to New York city by train around 5 min walking to the subway. We book 1 room with a queen bed and we got upgrade to 2 room for free in the hotel ❤️

very unsafe.

was sent to a room that already had a person staying in there. no apologies from the front desk about a potentially very dangerous situation. was given another room that had cockroaches in the shower drain and was incredibly hot. the AC took forever to cool down the room. overall, did not feel safe staying here as a solo traveler.
