It was terrible. And upsetting.

The space in the room

Not having bed bugs and having to load my family up at 1am to get them out of the room and my 8 month old having one on him in his car seat. I'm highly upset. And believe something more should happen.

A below average experience, not worth what I paid for, won’t stay here again!

Property was conveniently located.

Property was pretty outdated, but tub wasn’t draining, the room smelled, seemed dirty.

Hotel was not willing to compensate us for poor quality of room. Told me to contact Booking.com.

hot coffee and juice was available. Hotel was just off the turnpike.

Bed in our room had broken springs that I sunk into and was not able to get a good night sleep after driving over 600 miles. Carpet was wet all around the bed when we arrived. Hotel did not have all the offerings advertised for breakfast including hot oatmeal. 3 pieces of fruit available in fruit bowl from the night before. no yogurt available.

Very nice hotel!

Very comfortable, staff was very friendly and I even got a large and delicious cookie when I checked in!

Our ground floor window was right next to the outdoor patio area and it was very noisy with people playing bags until after midnight! I think the management should have asked them to be done and quiet by 10 pm.

Room and bed were fine, but lobby and exterior of hotel & grounds were shabby and unkept.

Parking lot was full of 1-2 foot weeds. Shrubs needing trimming. Poison ivy growing along curb. Benches in lobby had slits in the cushions. Lobby area shabby with chipped paint and worn furniture.

Clean and pleasant, but needs new beds and keys!

The rooms were very clean, staff were super-friendly, and the interior courtyard was lovely! Convenient location, pretty good price. Breakfast wasn't great, but better than at most budget hotels.

The mattress was caved in toward the middle, so we spent the nights waking up to climb back to the edges. Also, our keys just quit working every few hours. Staff said you couldn't put them anywhere near your phone or credit cards - but where else would you keep a key other than your pocket or purse? Had to get the keys reprogrammed multiple times in three days. Time to upgrade both, please, folks!

Nice staff, clean facility but needs updating all around

The breakfast was a nice variety. The facility is dated but the lobby is very nice and updated. The rooms are worn out but the bed was amazingly comfortable!

The walls are paper thin and my tub facuet had a constant drip. Obvious to the cleaning crew as it had a stain from all the drips over time. It was never repaired so seems like management doesn't really care.

affordable, nice staff, but not the cleanest

the staff was so friendly! the front desk woman saw we had a baby and two dogs and moved us to a disability access room to make life easier for us on top of letting us check in at 12:30am.

the property seemed a bit dirty. the bed sheets were brown at the bottoms and some of the towels weren’t fully clean.

They are trying to charge is a $250.00 fee. Said we were smoking in the room. The fact that we don’t smoke makes that impossible. We called about the fee and was told they found an empty cigarette pack in a trash can. Again, impossible because we are non smokers. I asked for proof she said she had pictures and then added they also found a cigarette butt in the trash. I said I need to see the pics and asked they send them to me and she said they couldn’t do that. Of course they can’t because its a lie and they are just charging us for no reason. I have disputed the bill with my credit card company. We travel yearly for cheer competitions and will never stay at another of their hotels again!

Superb

The beds and their sheets were very clean and comfortable. The services offered, free and diverse breakfast options, swimming pool, and fitness room, were very enjoyable. The TV channel selections were great for the whole family. We loved the extra towels and free amenities in the bathroom. We loved the mini fridge because it was large and spacious to hold many different items. We loved the plug-in charging ports for USBs cables; it came in handy when we forgot our wall plug-in. The heating unit worked super well and didn't run too often. The curtains worked very well for blocking out any light when closed. We loved the amount of lighting fixtures offered in the room, although we wish there was a dimmer switch for a light somewhere in the room for our kids to feel less nervous at night.

We complained about some cheerleaders practicing moves on the floor above us at 10pm when we were trying to sleep for an early morning event. Staff said they wouldn't do anything until 11pm. That upset us because we expect a relaxing and quiet stay without other guests affecting our experience, but they did quiet down a few minutes after 11pm. I felt like the staff could offer us to move to another room or ask the other guests to quiet down when requested, no matter the time of day of the situation.

Good sleep and nothing else really mattered to me.

Breakfast had no healthy options. Packaged muffins and pastries along with fatty potatoes, greasy eggs, and inedible sausages. No bread, bagels, healthy yogurt.

Facility needs a ‘redo’ to be considered in the league with most Hampton Inns.
