We had a wonderful time overall. The 2 bedroom suite was a good size, had two bathrooms and a small kitchen, a little gas fireplace, and was very functional. Amazing location by the ocean, we walked on the beach and enjoyed the sunset. Very friendly staff. We also appreciated the swimming pool and the jacuzzi.
Even in the off season, price is high for an aging facility, which could use some renovation. Our room had mold from water damage on the ceiling.

Very nice grounds, beautiful pool, ocean front location.
We had requested 1st. floor room but once we checked in we saw the bedroom was up a spiral staircase. Bathroom was downstairs. Just not acceptable for us. We immediately went back to front desk who informed us there was nothing else available. We did not care if there was no kitchen just couldn't manage the stairs. Our partial view was tiny corner of an upstairs window. Literally 3 inches. Also hot tub not working. (Which we both needed, due to injuries) When speaking with the staff (2 very nice young ladies) they had no idea which room was which. I booked this hotel last october after driving around Dennisport looking for a great location. We made the best of it but, overall not very happy. Our "townhouse room" was next door to laundry and ice machine. Very noisy.
