Breakfast was a hot buffet, which is good if you are in a rush to leave in the morning. The room & bed were comfortable esp the pillows. Microwave, fridge, coffee maker & 2 complementary bottles of water. The staff was very nice & check-in/-out was easy/quick. It's pet friendly
The style/decor seemed dated, and lots of cool white lighting makes the public areas feel uninviting, but the room was still comfy. I think I got it confused w/ the DT in Houston, which is brighter & more open. Note to management bc I didn't have time when I checked-out - Room 321 has a large stain in the bathroom ceiling above the toilet.

I call hotel for pick up from airport but no one pick call then I take taxi which cost me $ 40

Food quality and price was good.
Location of hotel was very convenient.
The gentlemen preparing the omelets were super friendly and respectful.
The room had a door to access the room next to our room. We can hear everything going on so there is a privacy concerns.
Also, the house keeping staff knocked on the door early to ask what time we planned to checkout. They should adhere to the checkout time.
The bathtub faucets are outdated. We had a little trouble opening the faucet because it was stuck and hard to open.

The air system was so loud it was like trying to sleep in a boiler room also the bed sheets were so stiff it felt like they put too many in the machine and all the soap didn't get rinsed out.
