waffle had an odd taste, not normal or as expected and there was no butter
request for tv remite problem to be addressed was ignored, after 2nd request was told guy who knew how to fix it wasn't working

WE HAVE BEEN THERE TWICE WE ENJOYED IT ESPECIALLY IN THE POOL, JUST WISHED I COULD HAVE GOTTEN THE SAME ROOM AS THE FIRST TIME.

The bed was comfortable. The room was somewhat clean.
The bathroom shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The drawers for the built in dresser weren't assembled, so I had to leave my clothes in my suitcase. Breakfast was kind of disaster mode. I could tell the staff were trying, but they couldn't keep food stocked at continental breakfast anywhere close to the speed it was being consumed, so the line was long, and many people just grabbed what they could get and left. Cards for the doors took multiple tries to enter the room. I don't know why check in took so long when I already paid for the reservation.
