Absolutely loved our stay, We are planning to be back this fall and expect it to be a little more crowded but not outrageously so. Hope to have dinner at the restaurant on our next trip. Room was comfortable, bed was amazing, we talked about wanting to spend more time in the room but then again we dont travel to spend time in a hotel room.
There wasn't anything we didn't like about our stay. When we arrived, we were greeted and treated very well at check-in. were able to take a quick look around the dining room area before being shown the stairs to our room.

The place was emaculant!! The only problem I had was their bed was more comfortable than mine at home.😃. The location was perfect for a History nerd like me. The staff, were the greatest!! The French Onion Soup at the restaurant was the best I ever had.

We have stayed several times at the Altland House and its always excellent.
The only negative is that a very small area behind the bathroom door and shower door could have been cleaner, but it was not a major problem.

The meal and the dining room were excellent. The complementary fruit/Pplesauce was a bit lacking (hence the 9 rating).
