The room was spacious and very comfortable for our family. We loved having the kitchenette and dining table. The area and building were also quiet and very clean.

Person at check in was very informative, and there much later than expected. Also gave us how to get in touch in case of an emergency, list of places to eat, etc. The room had everything we needed and more (shower caps to microwave). Very clean. We had a quiet night on a Saturday.

The briefing at reception from Dana was the best that I have ever experienced, including a detailed map to local restaurants. Dana efficiently assisted us with various other requests. Quiet location with no big hotel hoopla, the Crescent is now our convenient hotel for Boston visits.
