If you're looking for a cheap motel to stay at, look no further. They didn't charge me a deposit and the staff was super friendly. Also super close to multiple corner stores for late night convenience. The rooms are decently clean and I really like the shower head.
Honestly the rooms could've been slightly cleaner. But it was completely manageable. Also with any cheap motel it's going to attract "characters". So I wouldn't be surprised if drugs have been smoked inside most of the rooms. The only reason I suspect that was the dirty finger smudges around the fire alarm like it had been taken down to prevent it from going off.

Convenient location with stores (food, shopping) nearby. Easy on/off from highway. A/C worked well in our room, bed was really comfortable. I’d like to mention the check-in staff member (maybe the manager?) … he was wonderful, very kind, helpful, patient, friendly.

There was no breakfast. Location and price were the primary reason for picking this motel. You get what you pay for.
Initially given a room with no key card access (the door only had a knob lock)). It took them 20 minutes for them to find another room. There was a broken light bulb in the bedside lamp, bathtub was lacking the drain screen.
