The hotel was in a nice general area and was convenient to get to. The staff were super nice, I thought I left an item in my room after checkout and front desk immediately had house keeping look
The rooms are a bit dated. The AC in our room was a bit crusty. Me and my friend both had a cough and felt sick in our room

It was clean, relaxing , located next to many shops and restaurants. The patio was nicely landscaped —it felt like a tropical getaway.
Check in/out hours. And hours of pool/patio usage during hot summers. It’s unrealistic—especially on weekends or when people are on vacation. It’s not a school/work night. Remember if we are not outside we are in our cramped rooms. We were supposed to have a patio view but got a parking lot view. I felt like we had no privacy. So you can see why pool/ patio hours seemed oppressive.

The room was quite nice. I had called for a a rollaway bed brought in for my grandson. Worked perfectly. They delivered in 5 minutes. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was good, many choices to choose from. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much,....the staff was excellent. Gotta give a shout out to Anthony. He saved us a ton of money, when we were booking. Again..THANK YOU ANTHONY!!!!
Being a disabled person , I would have liked it to be closer to pool, breakfast hall. And other amenities.
