The floor in the room had crumbs and there was a plastic razor protector left in the shower. The lady working in the breakfast room was so nice and hospitable. I would stay here again. Hopefully it will be a little tidier.

Very impressed we were looking for a nice place to stay where we could also have our dog. This was FANTASTIC for all of us, dog included. Great front desk staff very helpful. Clean, comfortable and everything we wanted.

This was our third time staying at this hotel. We love the convenience to the college, the freeway, and to shopping. Breakfast is basic but fine, there is always coffee and tea available in the lobby, the rooms are comfortable, and the price is reasonable!

I could only give an overall rating because i was not able to stay at this property. When i checked in around 9:30pm, they had overbooked for the hotel so they sent me to TownePlace Suites in the same area. Check in was fast and staff/service at both hotels were great. Thank you for accommodating me during this stay.

Staff was friendly. Good staff made our stay bearable. Breakfast was standard buffet style. Because hotel needs upgrade, we would not stay there again. Pool was closed for repairs (since last Nov. It's now July). Summer is not the time to have the pool closed. Air conditioning performed poorly. Summer is not the time to have poor air conditioner. Room door scraped metal frame making a loud noise.

Having stayed at three other properties in SLO, this one is located in the best place possible. You’re close to all of the downtown without feeling crowded and overrun by traffic. It is also on a boulevard that has urban shopping and restaurants in close proximity. This hotel is spotless and attractive.

Single reason that I stayed in this hotel it was because the indoor pool for my autistic son, it wasn’t mentioned on the website that the pool wasn’t available but i was already down 375.00 dollars

The breakfast was great, lots of options. My room was nice, clean and roomy. The pool is under rennovation. The elevator stopped working. I didn't mind using the stairs.

Took 3 attempts before getting a room that was not occupied. Not offered even a bottle of water for the inconvenience. Upkeep of the room was less than optimal. The toilet was not secured well to the floor. No i structio s.on how to use the TV Disappointing experience especially since we have stayed at this property in the past, as recently as 6 weeks ago

Hotel was in a great location. Close to the freeway and shops. Staff was all very friendly and courteous. Rooms were clean. Plenty of hot water. Breakfast area had lots of option for seating, available USB outlets and good food. My ONLY complaint was the bed. Way too firm for me and the bedding was too hot even with the air conditioner on in winter. Grateful there were a ton of pillows that I could use to try to support my back but the bed discomfort was a huge step down for me.
