Horrible!! I did not there through the night out of fear for my safety.

Nothing!!! The staff looked like crack heads. The room and the entire hotel had no working internet, no blankets, almost no window coverings for privacy. This is an EXTREMELY DANGEROUS hotel!! The police showed up and arrested someone for drugs. I left and slept at the hotel next to Howard Johnson's. Could not reach the staff on the phone. I want my money back!!

Everything!! This place needs to shut down or even be demolished!! There was no extra security latch on the door, only the deadbolt. No one in their right mind would stay there!! There needs to be a staff that cares!!

Unsafe. Absolutely despicable. Stay away.

Terrible. Worst experience ever. Cockroaches in room and lobby. Pictures nothing like what it actually looks like. False advertising: Originally chose because it included breakfast. At check in they told me they don’t do breakfast. Went into room and there were no towels or bed covers. Had to yell outside for maintenance and waited maybe 10-15 minutes to get helped. Finally got towels. Another customer who just got off the bus had to wait outside in the cold to be serviced to check in because the lobby was locked and nobody was there. When I located someone to help her, management said there were no more rooms. She said she has a reservation and already paid her money. Then he helped her. Waited a long time to get covers. Still waiting. Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Don’t waste your money at this place. Update 12/14/23: Smells like weed. They never gave us the blankets. Mind you, when I first parked in the parking lot, she told me that our room was ready for us. After waiting a very long time, I called maintenance and she said the blankets are being washed and dried. It was between 8-9pm. I told her I had kids with me what was I supposed to do? I asked for a refund because there was no way I was going to stay there when they can’t even provide the basics like blankets and she refused to give me a refund because I was there for more than 15 minutes from check in. (It took about 15 minutes if not more of waiting in the cold just to get somebody to help me for towels.) She offered me wet blankets, I said absolutely not, I need a refund because this is unacceptable and they are also false advertising (see note above about breakfast). She told me that I should’ve called ahead of time and asked if they offered breakfast before going there, I said why would I do that if you are advertising that there is breakfast. I insisted on my refund and she hung up on me. I reported it to the police. Apparently the place is well known to the local police.

Not worth the money spent....

The guy in the front office was super nice and attentive!

Complete false advertisements... no breakfast offered no fridge in room......when I got here the guy in the office said I'll warn you the rooms don't look anything like the pics...hair all over the bathroom!

It was okay better than it use to be

The new staff and the new management was great and will try to accommodate when they can. They have washing machine anddryer at the hotel which is an great thing *you have to paid to use it* and also the room was clean and smelling nice which was an plus for me.

One night stand disappointment

….

I booked a KING ROOM and got a full-size bed with dirty sheets and a throw blanket on top. There were no towels and rags. There was a bad odor in the room that literally made me sick on the stomach. I was very disappointed but you get what you pay for.

It was a convenient location for my travels, lower cost place….that’s it

The facility is really in extremely poor condition. There is visibly broken things all around, trash, and the room I was in had things broken as well. I was thankful the room lock worked, otherwise I didn’t feel very safe there.

Disappointed, disgusted, and annoyed I wasted the money.

I liked how when we called the lady that was working, she drove down to help us. Twice. Assuming she doesn't feel safe staying there either with all the drug addicts roaming the parking lot.

As I stated, the 1st room we were given was not cleaned. The bed had hair, crumbs, dirt in all the sheets. Holes in the walls, and pieces of the wall on the floor. We were given a new room which had stained towels, shower water was not hot, there was hair in the tub, black residue on the shower wall and bathroom door, no trash can...and then the roaches we saw. I had recently stayed at a Howard Johnson a few days prior and it was awesome. I am frustrated I wasted my money especially during the holidays on such a subpar accommodation. I will not be going back to any Howard Johnson because of this stay.

Disappointing.

The front desk person and person who cleaned the room were courteous and efficient.

Our first impression was of a car with the wheels removed parked in front of the room we were assigned. Children were playing ball in the parking lot as the Security guard watched and participated. This in itself is not a bad thing but it appeared that the children may have actually lived at the location. There was a deep gouge next to the lock of our door. The sofa had multiple cuts in the pleather. The mattress did. It fit the frame and was extremely soft and sgueaky. TV did not work. We actually vacated the property and found new accommodations. Probably should have done a better job vetting this property. I am sure it meets the criteria for some customers but didn’t meet my expectations.

My mom and I did not stay but drove another hour before finding a decent hotel!

This is what I'd call a "CRACK HOTEL". It had more people residing there than travelers! It smelled of the drugs. I didn't feel safe the moment I saw you had to be rang into office. People hanging out all over the place; made my 85 year old mother lock the car's doors as I got out to go into office. The person assisting me told me to go look at the room and if I did not like it, to come back quickly and I would be reimbursed. You and Wyndham should be ashamed to have this listed as a nice hotel to stay in on your website!!!
